darkplus.online runs on a handful of cookies. The ones that keep you logged in and your basket intact are strictly necessary and always on. Anything beyond that — analytics, marketing — is only set after you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. On your next visit the browser sends it back, so the site can recognise the session. Related technologies — local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — do a similar job and are covered by this policy too.
A cookie is first-party when it is set by darkplus.online itself, and third-party when it is set by another service we embed, such as a payment processor.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell cookie data to anyone.
The groups below cover the whole DarkPlus service — this website, the storefront and the training platform. On this institutional site only the strictly necessary cookies in the first group are set. Analytics and marketing cookies are listed because they apply to our sales and course pages, and they are never set anywhere until you have agreed to them.
Without these the site cannot work. They carry no consent requirement under Article 7, V and IX of the LGPD, because they are needed to perform the contract and to keep the service secure.
| Cookie | Purpose | Set by | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
dp_session | Keeps you signed in and links your requests to one session | First party | Session |
dp_cart | Remembers the items in your basket | First party | 7 days |
dp_csrf | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | First party | Session |
dp_lang | Remembers whether you chose English or German | First party | 12 months |
dp_consent | Stores the cookie choices you made, so we stop asking | First party | 12 months |
| Processor session cookies | Carry the payment through checkout and screen it for fraud | Payment processor | Session to 12 months |
These tell us which pages are read, how long people stay and where they leave. We look at the totals, never at an individual. IP addresses are truncated before storage where the provider supports it.
| Cookie | Purpose | Set by | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
dp_stats | Distinguishes one visitor from another for aggregate counts | First party | 13 months |
dp_stats_sid | Groups page views into a single visit | First party | 30 minutes |
Set only if we are running a campaign and you agreed. They record that a visit came from a particular advertisement or newsletter, so we can tell which campaigns are worth repeating.
| Cookie | Purpose | Set by | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
dp_src | Records the campaign or referral that brought you here | First party | 90 days |
| Advertising pixels | Measure conversions for a specific campaign | Third party | Up to 13 months |
Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by us. We cannot read them, and the provider's own privacy policy governs them:
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay for the period in the tables above, unless you delete them sooner. No cookie we set lasts longer than 13 months without being renewed by a fresh visit.
You can change your choices at any time:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, the basket and checkout. Blocking analytics or marketing cookies changes nothing about what you can read or buy.
Browsers differ in how they implement the "Do Not Track" signal and there is no agreed standard for responding to it. We therefore rely on the consent choices you make here, which are explicit and auditable, rather than on that header.
If we add, remove or change a cookie, we update the tables above and the revision date at the top of this page. Where the change requires fresh consent, the banner will reappear.
