Everything DarkPlus publishes is original work, protected by copyright. Buying a title gives you a personal licence to read and use it — not to share, resell or republish it. If you believe something we publish infringes your rights, tell us and we will act within five business days.
All material published by DarkPlus — the trading name of 64.645.952 Nicolas Santos Alves, CNPJ 64.645.952/0001-45 — is protected by Law 9.610/1998 (the Brazilian Copyright Act), the Berne Convention and other applicable treaties.
This includes, without limitation: the text, structure and illustrations of every ebook; the video, audio, slides and exercises of every training programme; workbooks, checklists, spreadsheets and templates; the design, layout and source code of darkplus.online; and the DarkPlus name, logo and visual identity.
Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any of it. Rights not expressly granted below are reserved.
When you buy a product, DarkPlus grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use that product. Under it you may:
Where a template, spreadsheet or checklist is sold specifically as a working tool, you may also adapt it and use the adapted version inside your own organisation. You still may not distribute or sell it, adapted or not.
The licence lasts as long as you lawfully hold the product. It ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if you breach clause 3.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is an offence under Article 184 of the Brazilian Penal Code and gives rise to civil liability under Articles 102 to 110 of Law 9.610/1998. We monitor for infringing copies and we do act on what we find.
Legitimate uses beyond the licence are usually possible, and are usually free. Write to us if you want to:

We respect the rights of others and expect the same in return. If you own a copyright, trade mark or other right and believe that material we publish infringes it, send us a notice containing:
We acknowledge within two business days and decide within five business days. Where a notice is well founded we remove or disable the material and tell you what we did. A notice sent in bad faith may expose the sender to liability for the resulting loss.
If we remove material of yours and you believe the removal was mistaken, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement of why you believe the removal was an error, and your signature. We review it within five business days and restore the material where the objection is justified.
If you find a DarkPlus title being given away, resold or republished without permission, please tell us. Send the link and anything else that helps — a screenshot, the name of the group, the date. We do not ask for your identity to be disclosed to anyone, and we do not pursue readers who report in good faith.
Where a product quotes, cites or reproduces third-party material, it does so under a licence, under fair quotation, or with the rights holder's permission, and it credits the source. If you believe a credit is missing or wrong, tell us and we will correct it in the next revision — and, where the error is material, immediately.
